Participants will hear from experts who will discuss what measures the St. Paul Port Authority and other municipal organizations are taking currently to ensure localized wealth-building, and to avoid displacement when planning redevelopment projects. The role of community engagement and outreach in planning sustainable, equitable projects will also be addressed.
