Your membership in Minnesota Brownfields assists with supporting the high-quality programs and unique events offered throughout the year. Corporate, government, and non-profit organizations can join together to provide the needed financial support that is vital to Minnesota Brownfields long-term goals of educating diverse stakeholders involved in property cleanup and reuse, removing barriers to efficient redevelopment, and promoting best brownfield cleanup and redevelopment practices, programs and policies.

Community Council
By joining the Minnesota Brownfields Community Council, you are well represented among some of the finest companies and organizations in the State of Minnesota. Each member recognizes the important role the corporate, public, and philanthropic communities play in supporting brownfield initiatives.
Membership Benefits
Community Council members receive business development and educational opportunities, exclusive marketing benefits, special networking, and direct interaction with key stakeholders from the government and non-profit sectors.
Basic benefits include:
- In-person updates from industry policy makers
- Networking opportunities with industry peers
- Special invitations to “members-only” events throughout the year for engaging with other industry partners

Occasionally, members of the Community Council will be invited to participate in a member profile for the Minnesota Brownfields newsletter. This offering is based on space availability. Priority is given to members that give at the Community Executive and Project Leader Levels.
Community Council Levels of Support
Community Executive | $10,000
Maximize your membership benefit by giving at the Executive level. In addition to the benefits listed above, all donors at this level will be included as a Forum sponsor (Supporter Level) and offered a corporate/organization profile in e-newsletter. This added marketing benefit makes the Executive level one of the most attractive memberships.
Project Leader | $5,000
All donors at the Project Leader level will be included as a Forum sponsor (Partner Level) and offered a corporate/organization profile in e-newsletter, in addition to receiving the benefits listed above. This membership is ideal for mid-size companies and organizations.
Redevelopment Supporter | $2,500
As a Redevelopment Supporter, you are making a generous contribution that will include you in the Community Council member listing at all Minnesota Brownfields events, in addition to the benefits listed above. Rates are established for organizational memberships allowing five (5) representatives to receive discounted rates and attend “members only” events throughout the year.
Remediation Partner | $1,000
Remediation Partner level is the entry level for small companies and organizations. As a Partner you will be listed as a Community Council member at Minnesota Brownfields events. Rates are established for organizational memberships allowing three (3) representatives to receive discounted rates and attend “members only” events throughout the year.
Public Sector, Non-Profit Organizations, and One Person Company | $250
This level includes all the basic benefits listed above as a member of the Community Council, in addition to discounted rates for Forums. Rates are established for organizational memberships allowing five (5) representatives to receive discounted rates and attend “members only” events throughout the year.
Individual Membership
Annual Fund Membership | $100
Enjoy the high-quality programs and unique events offered throughout the year as a member, while promoting the innovative work creating efficient redevelopment across the State of Minnesota.
As an individual member you recognize the important role that each individual plays in supporting brownfield initiatives.
Benefits include:
- Formal recognition and special invitations to “members-only” events throughout the year

Student Membership | $25
