Does your community have an abandoned building, old gas station or other potentially contaminated property that is impeding your communities’ future growth? This workshop is designed to help communities gain a better understanding of what a Brownfield is, to learn more about the Brownfield redevelopment process and available funding, and to hear from state and national leaders on resources available to your community.
Who should attend? Local and regional government officials, not-for-profit economic and community development organizations, and property owners with brownfield sites in Minnesota.
